Catherine brings to each client her exceptional professional work ethic, attention to detail, keen negotiation skills and patient and thoughtful client relations. She has over 20+ years of vast corporate experience as a highly effective account manager, project manager and Director of Business Development for companies such as Merrill Lynch, NIKE and most recently in the global energy construction industry.

During her career she has managed and successfully negotiated multi-million dollar projects and contracts. Clients have included Bechtel, Duke Energy, NextEra Energy and General Electric.

Project management and contract negotiations have taken her to most major cities in North America, as well as China, Indonesia, Thailand, S. Korea, Taiwan, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Germany.

Additional travel includes: Japan, India, Nepal, Tibet, Sikkim, Malaysia, Singapore, Italy, Spain, France, Scotland, England and Peru.

Local Expertise

Catherine grew up in the foothills on a small farm, where she gathered a keen knowledge of the needs of rural property, and expertise of cities, towns and neighborhoods east of Sacramento.

Catherine departed for college and a career that had taken her abroad, but she and her husband realized that there is no other place with such abundance of beauty, quality of life and outdoor activities as the Sierra Foothills area. Catherine and her family made a choice to return home to the foothills area nearly 15 years ago.

Urban and rural expertise extends along I-80 from Roseville to Grass Valley, along Hwy 50 from Folsom to Cameron Park and all areas in between.
