I have never written a letter of recommendation previously. I have high expectations and would expect that if I hire someone, they would work hard on my behalf. I have also never thrown around positive adjectives like awesome, great, and outstanding but I do believe you will come to those conclusions after you hear my story.
We met Catherine Brown in late March 2016. My wife and I were taking a Saturday drive and saw a home for sale offering an open house. In late May, after many weeknights, weekends, and home tours we finally found a beautiful home that met our expectations. With Catherine’s assistance we were able to find a financial institution that was able to complete the transaction in 21 days. The purchase of the home was the easy part, we now had the need to sell two properties as soon as possible.
We moved into our new home and quickly thereafter had to prepare our other properties for sale. Both homes went for sale within a week of each other. Catherine worked back to back on open houses and was able to get several offers for each of the homes within the open house weekends.
She sold both homes within 48 hours of the time they went to market, and they both went for above asking price.
Throughout the sales process she was there to offer her knowledge and advice at all hours of the day and night. We always felt she was in control with our best interest in mind. Although we know she was working with other clients we always felt as though we were the only ones.
